Shipping policy

All Sperè orders are packed and shipped in-house from Sydney, Australia.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

During launch periods, collection drops, sales, public holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We currently offer shipping within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide including: New Zealand, North & South America, Europe, Asia and more.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Estimated international delivery times will vary depending on the destination country, customs processing and the shipping method selected.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless stated otherwise at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Sperè is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional charges applied by customs authorities.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Sperè is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at Spere@spereswim.com.au. While we will do our best to update your details before dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information first. If you need further assistance, please contact us at Spere@spereswim.com.au and we will do our best to help.

Sperè is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, public holidays, weather events or circumstances outside our control.

RETURNED TO SENDER

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs duties or failure to collect the parcel, we will contact you once it has been received back by us.

Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.
