Refund policy
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Sperè pieces. Please read our Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn;
-
Unwashed;
-
Unused;
-
in its original condition;
-
returned with all tags, labels and hygiene stickers attached;
-
returned in its original packaging, where possible; and
-
accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Items that are marked, damaged, worn, washed, altered or returned without hygiene stickers may not be accepted.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please see the returns portal (returns to port) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

your full name;
-
order number;
-
item/s you would like to return;

reason for return; and
-
any relevant images, if applicable.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Sperè is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Refunds will only be issued for the item/s returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.
EXCHANGES
At this stage, we cannot guarantee exchanges due to limited stock availability.
If you would like a different size, colour or style, we recommend returning your eligible item and placing a new order.
STORE CREDIT
In some cases, Sperè may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund, where appropriate.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or credit code and can be used toward a future purchase on our website.
SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Sale items, promotional items or items marked as final sale may not be eligible for return due to change of mind, unless required by law.
Please choose carefully when purchasing sale or final sale items.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at Spere@spereswim.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

your order number;
-
a description of the issue; and
-
clear images of the fault.
We aim to respond within 72 hours.
Items will not be considered faulty where the issue is caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect washing, improper care, rough surfaces, exposure to chemicals, sunscreen, oils, fake tan, chlorine or failure to follow care instructions.
If your item is deemed faulty, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, repair or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at Spere@spereswim.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and clear images of the item received.
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If an item has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair, replace or refund the item.
